TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN

  • Item(s) must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage.
  • Item(s) returned by mail must be returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, pouch, certificate, and any included accessories.
  • No individual item from a set can be returned separately. Sets must be returned as a complete set.
  • Item(s) must be returned within a maximum period of one week from the delivery/receipt date.
  • Return requests must be approved by DINA J JEWELLERY TRADING LLC before the item is sent back.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

DINA J JEWELLERY TRADING LLC does not offer cash refunds, card refunds, or bank transfer refunds for returned items.

If a return is approved, the value of the returned item will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase from DINA J Jewellery.

Store credit is valid for three months from the date of issue. Any unused store credit will expire after this period and cannot be extended, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

To qualify for store credit, the item must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and shipped under conditions identical to the original shipment.

Return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. Store credit is issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by DINA J JEWELLERY TRADING LLC.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

To request a return, please contact us within one week of receiving your order.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipment through their preferred transporter and for ensuring the item is safely packed and insured during transit.

DINA J JEWELLERY TRADING LLC is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Items cannot be exchanged except where an item is received damaged or broken and the issue is reported within one week of delivery.

If the requested replacement is no longer available, including waitlist or advance order items, DINA J JEWELLERY TRADING LLC may issue store credit only, valid for three months from the date of issue, for the approved value of the item.

No monetary refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.
